在匆忙的生活节奏中,每天给自己留一些时间,静下来读书、思考、沉淀思绪,这极为重要!我们的心动得太厉害了,要静下来才能有力量,否则就会如不停转动的陀螺,身体虽在忙碌,心却迷失了方向。生活要有规律、有规划,减少散缘,做事时就把眼前这件事放在最重要的位置,不要东想西想。

Set aside some time each day for yourself to quietly read, think, and polish your thoughts in the daily hustle and bustle. This is extremely important. When the heart is extremely agitated, we need strength to calm down; otherwise, it spins like a moving gyroscope, just like when your body is kept working, but the mind is lost.
There must be regulation and plans in life, and less idling around. Concentrate on what is on the plate when you set your priorities, and stop going off with random thoughts.


遇到喜欢的事业、物、人,投入而不执着,这是一个微妙的平衡,必须要有智慧。修行就是帮助我们训练这颗心。

There is a subtle balance between devoting ourselves to the career, objects and people that we like while not attaching to them at the same time, which requires wisdom to achieve. And Buddhist practice is to help us train our heart.


如果有人善于调伏心,就能除去种种过失及祸患,远离这些过失(和祸患)才是智慧的人,就不会领受苦果了。

When one is skilled at disciplining the
mind, he
can put an end
to
faults
and distress. Free from the faults, he is regarded a man of wisdom, who will never experience painful retribution.
